New Product Not Behaving

I added a new product to out site, and initially it worked, but now when I try to edit the moreinfo section, none of my changes stick. They are present in the code in the backend, but the product page doesn't reflect the changes, it only shows the original edition of the code.

Is the product no longer assigned to a store page? Have you turned off the 'create a more information page' checkbox for the product? Are you using a custom product template for the product that is missing the DEFINE MORE_INFO section? Any of these things could keep the More Info Page from being re-generated after you make changes and Publish.

If you check all of this and are still having problems, please contact your hosting provider/ShopSite reseller, they have access to the server your store is on and can check additional things like permissions, etc.
