Trying to get up to date with newer ShopSite defaults

We've used ShopSite for literally decades and have recently upgraded to version 15.
The problem is that I feel that we're stuck in some old version default for our shopping cart and don't know how to get up to date.
I don't want anything exotic - just the latest default, which surely must look more modern than our current shopping cart, which looks like it was designed in the 90s.
Our current shopping cart can be accessed by clicking any of the order buttons on this page:

Our current 'Page Template' is 'Dynamic-Page.sst' (from the 'Configure Page Defaults' page in ShopSite).
As far as I can tell we are only using a single shopping cart page - we just want an up-to-date default, nothing special.

The Dynamic theme came from version 11 sp2. You are currently running version 15.
We recommend you backup your store before making any significant changes under Utilities> Database> Backup>.
We suggest you pick a theme from version 12 or newer to take advantage of the responsive/mobile friendly features.

Themes can be found in ShopSite under Preferences> Themes>.

Note: It looks like your main page is using Order buttons and is NOT a ShopSite-generated page, it was likely created with Dreamweaver, so you would need to update its look outside of ShopSite:

All ShopSite-generated pages would exist under the /shop/ subdirectory of your site:
