Not receiving address information

Since installing PayPal Advanced I no longer see the buyer's address info in my PayPal dashboard. I asked PayPal and they said this. Can you advise?

"There's a setting that needs to be changed on your shopping cart's end because they are not sending the shipping information over to PayPal. Please contact your shopping cart provider so they can help you enable this setting."
