We have used Stone Edge for several years. It has always been "buggy" but we've been able to work out most of the problems. Last year Stone Edge was bought out by Monsoon. Since the buy out we've seen our support fees increase dramatically, had more problems with upgrades, and less support. Despite a $1,500 support fee, and being saddled with an upgrade last year that was eventually rolled back, we're now being told we have to pay 175.00 dollars an hour to replace the upgrade that never worked correctly, and was eventually pulled back. We'd recommend a different product if one is available.
