Error during Checkout by Amazon

Hello,

I am using the shopsite storefront together with Checkout by Amazon or Paypal for ordering from my store. The Paypal interface seems to work fine but with Checkout by Amazon I get an error when I click on the 'Submit Order' button (after I've logged on and given my credit card info). The error message says, " Please specify a valid value for the Name'. I have contacted both Amazon and Ipage (my web host) and neither has an answer. Amazon says, the error occurs before they get it. Please help - I am losing customers because of this. Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks
