Report Generator Failing in Chrome

Hello Shopsite,

Yesterday I went to the report page in ShopSite Pro using my Chrome Browser. The report page appears but no data is published. I then logged in using FireFox. The report page appears but no report data is showing. I then logged in with Internet Explorer and the report page appears and report data appears. The custom report generate button also works. I am at a lost as to why the data is suddenly not displaying in Chrome and FireFox. I never had a problem before yesterday. I did not make any significant changes to Shopsite and I did not knowingly change any settings in the Chrome Browser/FireFox Browser.

I should note that all other functions work fine. Orders, publish etc. Only reports are failing. Has this happened to anyone else?

The report page is https using a valid secure certificate.

FireFox Version 44.0
Chrome Version 49.02
Explorer Version 11.0

Running ShopSite Pro 12 Sp1 r12 for Windows Server

Any help would be much appreciated.

Hmm, never heard of that. Are you perhaps using a plugin in Firefox and Chrome that could be blocking the JavaScript on the Reports menu from loading? Try disabling all browser plugins and see if that helps.
