we can list the "top 10" but there is also a field to enter "Specific products".

I cannot get 3 (out of 17) of them to show up. I tried a * which shows 14 products. So I tried the names of the other 3 products, I tried the SKUs of the other 3 products. Those 3 products do not show up.



What's happening here?

With the help of Lexiconn (great host, great people), we figured out it is because those 3 products were not ordered.

I mistakenly assumed all products would be listed in reports (especially if I use a * wildcard, or ask for them to be reported by name or SKU) and if they were not ordered would simply return a 0 quantity and $0.00 dollar amount.

Actually that would be nice so we know the products were not omitted in the report, but simply returned 0 quantity and dollar values.
