We would like to track sales done through the ShopSite store. ShopSite's own
reports are very limited (unless I'm missing something obvious). We would
like to see reports of revenue by product, revenue from referrers, etc. We
have Urchin and the Ecommerce module already installed on our server, but
it's my understanding that the Ecommerce module needs to read logs in ELF2
format.

Does ShopSite output to this format?

On ShopSites web site they list a bunch of third-party add-ons. One of the
add-ons products is the Urchin E-Commerce Log File Creator by Chandler Web
Solutions. Does anyone have experience with this module? Are there any
gotchas with using this module?

Is there a better solution out there?

We host our ShopSite Pro Web store at www.lexiconn.com and use Urchin to
analyze our logfiles for all the types of data you mention plus a lot more.
Implementing ShopSite with Urchin was seamless and transparent to us because
the Lexiconn team did all the work. We highly recommend the Lexiconn,
ShopSite and Urchin combination.

Thanks Larry for the information. I've contacted Lexiconn and it seems the
only service they offer is for you to pay month to month for it, which
doesn't work for us. So now I'm investigating Chandler Web Solutions add-on
module. Does anyone have any experience with it? Thanks in advance.
