Shipping and Tax not itemized with Cardservice Intl.

When I check the transaction details on the Cardservice International
website (linkpoint.com), the orders only show the total amount...the tax and
shipping are not itemized. Cardservice says it is a problem with the
shopping cart (of course!), anyone seen this before?
