Search Results Empty

Some of my products do not appear on the search page results no matter how I
search for them. An example is SKU 13221 . This item refuses to show up when
clients search for it by SKU or description. What is causing this? The link
below is a page where SKU 1322 and 13221 appear. If you search for 1322 it
comes up on the list but 1322-1 or 13221 yields no results. Part 13221 is
shown on the page below as 1322-1 for the description. SKU numbers are not
displayed on any of my pages. If just happens that the description of most
parts on the site has the SKU in it.

Check your search indexing settings in Preferences -> Search Settings ->
Search Indexing and make sure you have it set to index numbers, also
make sure it is set to index the products' SKU field.

Then check the product Edit Product Info to make sure the Search
Destination is set to something other than None (the default is Store).

Then go to this PAGE's Edit Page Content and make sure the 'Index'
checkbox is checked.

Then go to Utilities -> Publish and (making sure the 'Index for search
during update' checkbox is checked), Regenerate the entire site.

If it still has a problem, open a support ticket with your host/ShopSite
reseller.

I tried everything you mentioned and it was all OK. Search still does not
work properly for that SKU and some others. I am emailing webex.net to see
if they can figure it out.
