question about "continue shopping" button

Postby Teresa Landry » Mon Jun 20, 2005 2:11 pm

I was wondering if there's a way to change the "continue shopping" button in
the shopping cart to go to a main page in the site because the way it's
setup you click on the item you want to order, you're taken to the shopping
cart and then when you click on "continue shopping" it goes back to the same
page you were just on but then there's a link to "back" which takes you back
to the "shopping cart" page. I don't want to change the "back" button link I
want that to stay because someone would probably really want to go back to
the main page and not order a product.

Any suggestions??

Thanks,

Teresa,

In the ShopSite backoffice, you can change where the shopper goes when
clicking the "continue shopping" button under:
Commerce Setup -> Order System -> Shopping Cart
"Return To Shopping Button:"

Just set the option to "Return to this URL" and enter the URL where you want
them to go each time.
