Adding Coupons?

I am running Shopsite manager 6.1.1 - from what I can tell I should be able
to use the coupon code feature, but I can not find it anywhere?? My
"payment" page just has the usual on it - no coupon choices. Can someone
direct me to the location?

Coupons is a feature of ShopSite Pro, not the ShopSite Manager or
Starter product levels. For the feature comparison between the different
