Refund for online purchases

Shopsite 7.1 Manager

I have a client who has both online and bricks & mortar stores. If a
customer has made a purchase in her bricks & mortar store via a credit card
and needs a refund for whatever reason, she can do it simply by swioing the
card again through the little machine given to her by the bank and selecting
refund.

How is this done via Shopsite for any online purchase?

The Stone Edge Order Manager (www.StoneEdge.com/OrderManager.htm) could help
with that. Once the orders have been imported into the Order Manager, you
can use the Order Manager's virtual credit card terminal to easily issue
credits, process additional charges, etc.
