Text Size Variations

How does everyone here deal with layout issues caused by people
increasing the text size in their web browser, or do you consider it a
non-issue? On our homepage, the effect is very severe. Se
www.mlcswoodworking.com and go to "Larger" or "Largest" text size (in
IE) or Increase Size 3-4 times (in Firefox).

Any things to avoid? Any fixes for it, other than complicated CSS?
