Can I set the Order Number?

We are about to go live with a ShopSite store, however we would like the
order numbers to be consistent with our current order numbering system. Is
there a way to set the order numbers in ShopSite to start at 20001 instead
of 1001. We do not want to duplicate order numbers that we already have in
our system.
