error from mismatch of shipping zip

Hi,

If I enter one Ship-to zip for shipping calculation, then another zip
in the shipping address field, I would expect to get a popup telling
that there's a mismatch. I do get a popup, but it says:

my commerce server name:

Ship-To Zip/Postal Code

That's it. Nothing about what needs to be done to correct the error
(a customer might have no idea he'd maybe mis-entered a different zip
for shipping calculation, so will wonder: why is it complaining about
my shipping zip?)

Does anyone know about this problem, or am I missing something?
