Checkout Page - Paypal

I am using Manager Version:10 r7.1 with a standard slate blue curved theme with Pay Pal Selected for processing.

At the bottom of the checkout page, before the checkout or return to cart button's but on a separate line it says "Payment -- PayPal". Can I modify this in a standard template, it so where.
