Remarketing tools and shopsite

Ok so we are starting to seriously look at remarketing and are having trouble finding tools/modules etc that can be used with shopsite to achieve this (the fact that most people do not enter their email address until they start checking out can be problematic in that regard)

Has anyone else added remarketing to their shopsite site? Did you use an outside firm like SeeWhy or buy a package, or
