Facebook Store Steup

Hello:

I am in the process of setting up a facebook store. After clicking the Create Facebook Store, it takes you to a page where you must grant it permissions (which I do).

You are then sent to a page displaying what is shown below.




Due to recent Facebook changes it is no longer possible to automatically create a Facebook store for you. You will need to complete all of the following steps to setup your Facebook store app and install it on your Facebook page.
How to set up your Facebook store manually:

Go to https://developers.facebook.com/apps. You may be asked to install Developer app.
Click on "Create New App". Enter "Online Store" as your app display name and "shopsite_xodse" as your app namespace. You may need to verify either your mobile phone or credit card number with Facebook before you can create an app. If you already have an app set up for Facebook Connect, you can use that app instead of creating a new one.
Click on "App on Facebook". Put "http://www.cycleluggage.com/cgi-cycleluggage/sb/" into Canvas URL field. Put "https://www.cycleluggage.com/cgi-cycleluggage/sb/" into Secure Canvas URL.
Click on "Page Tab". Put "Online Store" into Page Tab Name. Put "tellfriend.cgi?storeid=cycleluggage&facebook=retrieve" into Page Tab URL. Put "https://www.cycleluggage.com/cgi-cycleluggage/sb/tellfriend.cgi?storeid=cycleluggage&facebook=retrieve" into Secure Page Tab URL.
Click "Save Changes".
Click on "Advanced" under "Settings" on the top-left of the screen. Paste "" into Deauthorize Callback field.
Click "Save Changes".
Click on "Basic" under "Settings" on the top-left of the screen. Look for your new app's App ID. Paste it here:
Click "Enable my Facebook store" button on this page.



Using that first url, https://developers.facebook.com/apps. I am set directly to our facebook page.

I've removed the Shopsite Store Creator app and tried it again several times. It repeats the processed mentioned above. Signing in and out doesnt change it either.

So, how do I get to the https://developers.facebook.com/apps
