Restricting int'l customers to a specific shipping method

Hello Everyone

I'm trying to figure out what java script to use and where to insert it on my shopping cart page to limit international customers to an international shipping option only. This was addressed in another topic but it referred to ShopSite Pro and I am using ShopSite Manager. I know it can be done but I'm a little rusty. I realize that lexiconn offers a module but that is not an option in my case. If anyone has used java script for a similar use, I'd appreciate any help you can offer.
