Disable shipping options based on max length.

I ship international items with both USPS and FedEX. USPS has very strict dimensional requirements. Can I disable USPS shipping on oversized items? Using Shopsite 11.

Example Brazil has a 42" max length and 79" max girth for priority shipping. The item i have is 60"x12"x4"

I have set the dimensions in product info but still allows the user to select USPS shipping, can I disable USPS shipping on just this item based on dimensions?
