Customer paid twice for one order

Hello ShopSite folks,

Yesterday, we received one order from a customer and it showed it was paid and authorized by authorize.net. When we went to settle payments in Authorize.net, we saw two payments for the same customer - just a few minutes apart.

Wonder if anybody else ever saw such an event and how it can happen? I suspect it was something the customer did when he checked out, but wonder how it happened so I may be able to warn others to "don't do that".
