Shipping Address issues with PayPal and Amazon

Greetings, we are seeing the following behaviors. Are these normal or is there a way we can fix things:

1. On orders that use the PayPal Express checkout, we end up with the wrong name on the shipping label if the buyer is not sending the item to themselves. The Shopsite order will have the correct billing and shipping addresses, but the shipping label printed by PayPal Shipping will always place the sold to name on the label instead of the ship to name. The shipping address is always correct on the label, but we have to manually change the ship to name on each label.

2. On orders that use the Amazon Checkout, the ship to address is used for both the sold to and ship to addresses. The sold to name and ship to name are always correct, but the ship to address is used for both the sold to and ship to address fields. This is very confusing for customers who are sending gifts. They think the gift recipient is being billed for the purchase.
