Coupon discount does not go away when the items are deleted out of the shopping cart. The discount coupon could be deleted out of the shopping cart. If a customer goes back and adds to the shopping cart if they have deleted the discount coupon it does not add it back in.
Is there a way for the cart to add the discount coupon back again? Or is this a glitch/bug within the ShopSite program itself.
