Exclude Product from free shipping

Hello,

I need to be able to exclude selected items/products from qualifying for "Free Shipping". Right now offer free shipping for items over $100 - but some items are heavy and too expensive to give free shipping. Other than build into product price, any ideas? I think Lexiconn has a solution but only for their hosted customers.
