SKU in Subproducts

We use subproducts in Shopsite Pro 6.3.3 when we have pictures with more
than one item on the same pictur (i.e. top & skirt). When we check
"display SKU" in the product layout of the subproduct it is not
displayed on the shop pages or the more info pages. With normal products
it works fine.
Does anyone know a solution?
