I'm building a site for a restaurant for takeout ordering online.
Most of the things they make are handled with the drop down ordering
options.
But, here's what I can't figure out how to do:

In addition to many Italian dishes, they also make Pizzas.
What I'd like to have is a list of the toppings and check boxes next to
each.
This way, when ordering a pizza, the consumer just checks which toppings
they'd like on their pizza.
Additionally, with each check, the price needs to be increased by .99.

The drop down order option function won't work with this, but I can't find
any other convention to handle it.
