See the following ShopSite Knowledgebase article:
http://support.shopsite.com/kbase/view_ ... nID=S04243

Basically, this is an IE browser problem, and as mentioned in the kbase
article and the Microsoft kbase article referrenced, the most recent
occurence of this seems to be due to a 'security' patch released by
Microsoft in February, but that has since been fixed in newer IE
patches. My IE browser has all the latest patches, and the problem does
not occur. Other than getting the shoppers to get the newer IE patches,
the issue will have to be resolved by your host by adding the directive
mentioned in the kbase article to your webserver config file,
specifically the section of the config file where the SSL cert for your
site is configured.

Hey Loren,

My ISP said that placed the fix on my server back in January. Do you know
of anything else that could cause the "Invalid Store ID"

No. Can you follow exact steps and repeat the error each time? If so,
you should pass that information on to your ShopSite reseller.
