To backup just the products database, with the backup file on the server
(so it won't help you if the server goes down), go to Utilities ->
Database -> Manage, select Products and click the Backup button. I would
recommend that you backup (and restore, if you ever do) Products and
Pages at the same time since they need to be in sync.
To backup all of your ShopSite data, the directory to backup is the
ShopSite Data Directory, and if you do not know where this is located,
you can see the path to it at the bottom of the Preferences -> Hosting
Service screen. If you are going to FTP this directory to your local
computer or something, make sure you force Binary mode for the FTP
transfer so that the files stay in their original format.
