Is there a way to arrange the order of the pages in every page I have at
once? or should I go into every page, pick "Arrange items" and then arrange
the order?

And another problem with the arrange items - the pages and products are all
listed on the same list, is there a place to define that they will be
separate? I would like my pages to be set in an order I specify but my
products on that page to be ordered by name - is that possible?
