If I create a new page NewPage, and select that page OldPage will have a
link to NewPage:

The link generated on OldPage is not sorted correctly. For example, even if
page OldPage has sort order "ascending", the link to NewPage comes at the
end of all other links. If I then simply open the "edit page layout" for
OldPage, change nothing (i.e. leave the sort setting on 'ascending') and
then SAVE OldPage, the links on OldPage are then sorted corectly.

If I create a new page, and select other pages to have links to it, the
newly-generated link should be automatically inserted where it belongs -
i.e. the sort algorithm should be re-run for all pages selected to link to
NewPage.
