Combined FedEx/USPS Shipping Module

I just wanted to thank Lexiconn and Rob M. for their hard work creating
the combined FedEx/USPS shipping module for ShopSite. It works great and
we can finally offer our USPS customers cheaper shipping rates while
still using FedEx as our main shipper.

If any of you guys need a combined shipping module (we needed one
because we switched from UPS to FedEx as our main shipper but still used
USPS for International orders) the FedEx/USPS module is awesome.
