We have come to find out that product pages (the more information page) come up with blank pages with customers using Windows 7 and IE9. Is this a common issue and if so is there a fix?

I haven't heard of it. What version of ShopSite are you using, and are you using custom templates or one of the ShopSite built-in themes?
