Question: Check here to have Products listed above Pages

I am using a custom template.
I would like to have Products above (category page) links on the Pages.
I checked the box (on the Edit Page Layout page): "Check here to have Products listed above Pages"

On the page: http://www.affordable-megafood.com/mycosynergy.html
There are three links above the two products.

I would like to have the links below the products.
Where should I look in the template to move the Page Links to below the Products?
Should the box "Check here to have Products listed above Pages" automatically do this?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The "Check here to have Products listed above Pages" option is obsolete and would only affect really old themes which don't use the ShopSite custom template language.

Your store is using a custom template, AMFPage. You should be able to edit that template and move the [--Loop Links--] section down below the [--Loop Products --] section.
