How to change STORE.SC_YourShoppingCart

I want to change STORE.SC_YourShoppingCart to display another string other than "Your Shopping Cart", but I can't find the place on the control panel to do so. Can anyone please help me? In general - how do I change the default value for shopsite's tags?

Most of these one-line text settings are in the various Preferences -> Store Text submenus. This particular text is probably from the setting at the top of the Preferences -> Store Text -> Shopping Cart menu.
