More info page doesn't have custom template

Hi

I'm very new to shopsite and I've been playing around with this today. I thought i had everything figured out but whenever I go to my "more info" page for a product it doesn't have the same settings that the rest of my file does.

I'm new, I'm not really technically proficent so if someone can give me an easy to understand answer (or even the coding) that would be fantatstic! Thanks

It looks like the main difference is that you are not displaying the header and footer on your product more information pages. You can turn that on by going to Preferences > More Info Pages, and check the checkboxes to display the page header and footer.
