Displaying multiple dropdowns on the More Information page

I have read through the following link about the advanced ordering options that are now available with v10 sp2.

I have followed the instructions and the multiple drop downs are not showing up on my more information page. Does anyone have better instructions as to how to implement this feature? We would love to combine some of our products by having both size and color drop down menus on a products more information page. Any suggestions as to how to set this up? Your current example for the product more information page, the product only has one pull down menu. Do you have an example of a product which has two pull down menus, where the cascading menus are being used? I would like to see the not-working code.
