Implementation of Advanced Ordering Options

Can anyone here provide a tutorial in implementing advanced ordering option? I would like to use this on my customized template.

What type of questions do you have? Have you tried using them with the built in templates to see how they function?

They function basically the same as the old order options except you have additional parameters that you can add such as sku, price changes, weight and inventory management. The advance options can only have 4 option lists instead of unlimited like the original options could have. The option combinations are all displayed in a table so you can customize each option combination.

The major difference is that if you will be using the advanced options with the cascading menus then those options will only display on the product more info page. Only available options will display on the more info page. As the shopper makes their selection from the first option box the content of the second box will be displayed listing only combinations that exist for the first selection and the second option. The same for the third and then the fourth option box. Once the item is added to the cart from the moreinfo page the selected options will not be changeable.

The template tags are the same for the standard options and the advanced options.
