shopsite buttons

I've tried everything I know to "download" the images off of the shopsite buttions that are displayed in "help". I can see them, work on them in photoshop, just copy them.
But, when I upload them using "images" everything looks great, except when I select the image, then select "view image" nothing apprears. all I get is the little box with the red x. Any help would really, really appreciated!!

Hmm...I have seen that when there is an issue with incorrect URLs as part of the install. I would suggest checking the URLs under Preferences > Hosting Service and see if all of the URLs on that page are correct. Has your store been recently moved? or for some reason had to be installed or re-installed?

Make sure you give the images the proper file extension like jpg, gif etc. Browsers need to know the file type inorder to be able to display it. Also if you uploaded the files through FTP make sure they have the same ownership and permissions as files uploaded through the ShopSite interface.
