Question about Shopping Cart Alignment

My shopping cart appears below the left column at the bottom of the page but above the footer using IE9 I have been told that it is centered and at the top in firefox and a few other browsers, It is also below the left column of the page in the secure checkout screen. Do I have something configured wrong in my template or is there an adjustment in the back office that might correct the issue? www.theinhome.com/store/Jewelry_Home.html

Should be a quick fix. It looks like you are using different DOCTYPE tags on your store pages and in the cart. If you use the same DOCTYPE tag in your cart as on your store pages, the code should be read the same and it should fix the issue.
