The content of the product in the first column the very last row of the page has lots of content. The browser is trying to make this fit so it is forcing the column to be wider and the others to be narrower. There needs to be a style that sets the width of the table cells in each column to be equal (in the case of 3 columns 33%) or a specific width.

The specific style applied to the <td> that each product is displayed in is <td class="loop_product loop4 center"> I don't know what the loop4 is for but and looking at the css there is also a loop1, loop8 etc that are all just getting "border-right: 0px;" so I don't think it has to do with the number of columns. I don't know that much about styles so can't tell you exactly how to do it, but you will probably have to modify the template and style sheet and add a style that will set the cell width to a value that will make each td in the row equal width.
