I am looking for which templates I need to modify for the Line Sections theme to add my own links to the top navigation bar. I have been able to find how on many other theme templates in the cookbook, but not for this theme specifically

Have you enabled and configured the Navigation links under Preferences > Navigation? There are 4 sections there where you can define Top, Left, Right and Bottom navigation links. Make sure you turn on the desired section(s) under the Configure button.

That worked, thanks. It made it sound like i had to redo the HTML in the other help site.
