Why doesn't Shopsite provide "Product Reviews" as a standard feature rather than having to purchase the add on? It seems most of the competitors have this included.
When researching the different carts to buy, this was a negative against Shopsite (however the abundance of positives convinced me to purchase it).

We're going to install product reviews on our vBulletin message board. Didn't know there is an add on for Shopsite.
Total web site is in Shopsite. Also blog in Expression Engine and Run a vBulletin board. Looking for ways to sell more stuff.

Coming from a the open source community, product reviews and / or user comments is something I expect to be standard especially at the SS Pro price-point. And even more esp. when the competition includes it for free.

I agree totally. Shopsite, why haven't you included this as part of your shopping cart?

There are a lot of things standard on other shopping carts but cost extra from shopsite..
