How do you limit sales to the U.S. only?? It's the only country I selected in the States and Country list, yet I just made a sale in Australia.

Does it actually show Australia on the order?
On the Commerce Setup > States and Countries do you have the State/Province: radio buttons set to use text field or pull down menu?
On that same screen do you have the Checkout Screen Countries: set to Use text field or Use pull down?

Both of the above settings should be set to Use pull down... . That way the only options they have will be to select from the pulldown. If you have the text field selected they can enter whatever they like in the fields.
