In running the latest release of Shopsite (ShopSite® Pro 12 sp2 r2.1), I encountered an issue with Firefox that is not in Chrome or IE.
In uploading a comma separated file for updating the product database (suspect it happens of pages as well), if your header fields do not match those in Shopsite, when you go to view the fields, the popdown menu does not work. The default 'ignore' shows with the down arrow, but when you click on the down arrow, nothing happens. This does not happen using Chrome or IE.

The problem turned out to be that Firefox had an old version of a javascript file cached. Clearing the cache in Firefox fixed the problem.
